Recently, a growing share of clients kept asking for work that needs little to no strategy: hotlines, political campaigns, voice-overs in Yiddish and English. Work that does not need a brief or a brainstorm. It just needs a good voice and a fast turnaround.

Shuffle spun off Pound to do exactly that. Pound is more like a product than a service. They sell simple media: audio and video for now, and more marketing deliverables soon.

For the website, we started with a focus on the simple process. You pick a talent, you send a brief, you get your final project.

For a voiceover company with a focus on execution, the primary task is to pair a project with the correct voice that matches the cadence and tone. The site has a storefront feel, with every talent getting its own personal portfolio page with audio and video samples. It is designed boldly and clearly, so that a visitor who skims with half their attention understands what Pound does and how it differs from the parent brand.

We also wanted to convey clearly that fast process does not mean cheap talent or AI-generated slop. Pound works exclusively with premium talent. The entire site focuses on real people, with behind the scenes video, and small details on artist pages that make it clear that it's real people, like showing their studio location.
